It’s Friday and only two lanes of cashiers. This is a an ongoing issue. The lines are backed up and no customer service to be found for meat department. The young lady working the head counter is getting yelled at but still running around trying to do her best. This is really sad to see. There is no management to be found helping. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Everything a quality grocery store should have, plus restaurant, delivery, pharmacy, liquor, and a great deal more. ... and great service, lots of service! My goto place when I'm in town!

Nice grocery store. Have a large enough variety to find what one would need. Produce section quite large. Have a meat counter. Small liquour store inside. If shopping sale items can find some really great deals. Staff were helpful. Store is laid out similar to other grocery stores so easy to navigate.

Went to the pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription. They open at 10am, and it was 9:57 so I PATIENTLY waited outside the pharmacy til they opened. A not-so-gentleman named TRENT gave me a dirty look as he was dropping off their til just because I was standing there. I politely said, "don't mind me, I'm not in any hurry, take your time" He gave me another scoff and walked off without saying a word. Eventually they opened about a minute or 2 late, which I did not mind, and a nice woman took care of me, but not before I heard this TRENT fellow in the background complaining to the other male employee that I had been standing there since "as soon as the lights were on" AKA 2 whole minutes before they were supposed to open. TRENT, if you have that much of an issue with a person being 2 minutes early and standing there being polite to you and waiting patiently, maybe you need to find another profession. Because the rest of us in customer service industries at least know to say hello to a customer and acknowledge them anyway, and be polite to them, even if we are annoyed. I was all finished with my shopping and I have a sick kid at home, and I saw no reason to leave and wander

What happened to the hot food bar? Went there today for lunch and all the food that was out looked like it had been sitting there for days. It was lunch time on a Saturday and nobody would touch it. And I used to live in a big city and got the hot food bar from Whole Foods and it was a $1 less, and the food was awesome. How are you charging $9.99 for gross dried out slop? It wasn't even "frozen dinner" quality. And your bakery has become a joke as well. Terrible job Kesslers. Lower your prices if you're gonna suck this bad.
